Job Title: Information Technology Specialist Reports To: Director of Information Technology Position Summary: SPS North America, Inc. (SPS) is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Specialist / Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of SPS’s corporate infrastructure, document processing center environments, technology platforms, and end users. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused, detail-oriented team player with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience supporting Windows, VMware, Hyper‑V, and hybrid infrastructure environments . This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment while collaborating with a global IT organization.
