Are you also driven by being an important part of the customer's success with our products and solutions? Are you fluent in French, both written and spoken? Do you enjoy running projects and being responsible for your own customer accounts? The team and the position: Our Customer Care consists of 7 people for France, Spain and Portugal. We are located at our office in Portugal, Madrid and Mataro. As a customer representative at Nilfisk you will be responsible for your own customer accounts. This means that you will follow up on orders, feedback and secure that the customer needs are fulfilled. You will handle the daily customer contacts via phone and e-mail such as orders, deliveries, invoicing, returns, service agreements and requests. You will work close to our Sales and Service departments, so it's important to understand the customer needs and to be solution oriented. It’s an advantage if you have a technical interest since your success in the role is dependent on solving customers problems.
