Position Overview: We are adding an experienced Lead Commercial Door Hardware Installer to our self performing construction team. This role is hands on and field focused, responsible for leading the installation of architectural door hardware on commercial projects, while coordinating closely with superintendents and project management to ensure quality, code compliance, and schedule adherence. This position is ideal for an installer who takes pride in clean, accurate work and is ready to lead crews and own the hardware scope in the field.
