Sydney CBD | Hybrid Working | Up to 12‑Month Contract MUFG Corporate Markets is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the execution and settlement of share trades within our Share Trade Centre and Trustee Office. This is a hands‑on operational role suited to candidates who enjoy working in a structured environment, managing detailed processes, and delivering accurate outcomes within agreed service standards. Based in our Sydney CBD office with hybrid working arrangements, this fixed‑term opportunity offers exposure to regulated financial markets and the chance to contribute to a high‑performing Trustee Operations team. About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end facilitation of share trade requests and settlements for security holders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements. You will also play an important part in process improvement activities, documentation maintenance, and stakeholder communication.
