FieldPulse is a fast-growing, customer-focused SaaS company providing modern business management solutions for trade professionals, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, and specialty contractors. We empower business owners to run their operations more efficiently. About the role: We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive our AI product portfolio. You'll lead strategy and execution across voice AI, intelligent automation, and data enrichment – turning messy, real-world service business data into products that actually work in production. This isn't a research role. You'll ship AI products that handle real customer calls, enrich real supplier data, and automate real workflows – all on top of a platform actively being modernized. You'll work directly with engineering leadership, and you'll own outcomes end to end: from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.
