Job description: The Regional Training Manager’s role is to plan, coordinate, and deliver training, and staff development programs, and support compliance administration in assigned healthcare facilities for security officers, supervisors and other employees to ensure the physical and personal security and safety of staff, members, and visitors at the assigned healthcare facility. BCI seeks a dedicated and passionate Training Manager to serve as an integral part of the security and care delivery team for a leading healthcare provider.
