Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the Senior Technical IT Support Specialist, providing helpdesk support in the effort to keep systems functioning as required - Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting for all users of the DTRIAC systems - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer peripherals - Provide high-level technical assistance and customer support in the operations and maintenance of data systems. - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. - Performance measures for this position focus on effectiveness, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Active US DoD Top Secret Clearance.
