Position Overview: The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing their team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues. Location: On-site, Salt Lake City: Work Schedule: Tuesday -Friday shift, 6:00am -4:30pm Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $63,000-$75,000 plus a $2500 bonus opportunity.
