OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE: - Support delivery of US Medical Information services for PDT, ensuring timely and accurate responses. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of PDT MI content. - Management of complex inquiries through the second line escalation process, under the supervision of the Medical Information Lead - Management of daily interactions with vendors and third party providers - Support digital, omnichannel, and AI-enabled MI activities.
