Job Summary: The Lead Recruiter is responsible in leading and executing end-to-end recruitment for critical business roles across multiple functions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, while providing strong coordination with hiring managers and ensuring excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. The role will also assist in talent pipeline development, employer branding efforts, and process improvements. While this is not yet a full leadership role, it requires a high level of ownership, initiative, and the ability to manage complex hiring requirements.
