Job Duties: Will provide oversight, expertise, and leadership efforts that support nurses by optimizing the work environment to address professional drivers of burnout. Through enhanced workplace efficiency and integration of well-being into organizational culture, the director’s work will positively contribute to nurse recruitment, engagement, and professional fulfillment while promoting safe, quality, and efficient clinical care.
