Job description
As Sr. Technical Writer III, you'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, Technical Fellows, capture teams, and proposal managers to develop compelling, compliant proposal content for Federal government clients. You will translate complex technical solutions across AI/ML, DevSecOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise IT into clear, persuasive narratives that align with solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria. Your work will directly contribute to MetroStar’s growth by strengthening the quality and competitiveness of our proposal submissions. What you’ll do: - Lead development of proposal content across all volumes and sections in response to Federal government solicitations, including Technical, Management, Past Performance, Resumes, etc. - Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements (Sections L & M) and develop structured, evaluator-focused content strategies. - Interview SMEs, solution architects, and key personnel to extract technical details and transform them into clear, compliant, and compelling narratives. - Integrate win themes, discriminators, and value propositions to elevate proposals from compliant to competitive. - Ensure consistency of voice, terminology, and...
