Job description

Responsive recruiter Summary: Manages assigned shift including supervision of on-deck employees, maintenance of pool environment and interaction with students and parents. Performs as an expert on all levels of the GSS curriculum. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of GSS policies and practices. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 1. Provides leadership, discipline, and constructive feedback to instructors and deck assistants to ensure quality delivery of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. 2. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and prepare the deck for the shift. 3. Conducts periodic evaluations of instructors and deck team. 4. Interacts with parents/guardians to discuss student progress. Acts as a GSS “ambassador” to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Completes daily Deck Supervisor logs on assigned shift and monitors the children’s attendance. 6. Coordinates tasks required to ensure the cleanliness of the pool facility. 7. Helps arrange for replacements for absent employees. 8.
