Four Stars Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease Return Coordinator to manage the end-of-lease process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, lenders, and internal teams. Responsibilities: This role will be in our Addison office. M-F 9-6pm Salary Range: $50-65k Qualifications: - Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns. - Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases. - Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion. - Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation. - Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments. - Track and report key metrics related to lease returns. - Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results. - Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance. - Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed. - Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone. - High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. - Strong customer service and organizational skills. - Self-motivated, goa...
