Our Digital & Automation Service Engineer is a critical member of our syngo support team . you will be responsible for remote customer support in the Remote Services Center (RSC) primarily for the AMERICAS Region. You will deliver ‘Best in Industry’ customer care to internal and external customers and supporting staff (Imaging Technologists, Radiologists, System Administrators, etc...) You will receive, analyze, understand, document, and resolve incoming service requests via phone, email, or electronic ticketing for multifaceted and diverse radiology healthcare IT systems, platforms, and cloud solutions.
