Lead Engineering Technical Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense Air Dominance Team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Engineering Technical Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, MO . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction and analysis, with proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as experience with pulling reports in Workday and Tableau. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Review of Adaptive Planning Needs Lead and engage with managers and programs to assess and review their Adaptive Planning requirements. Input planned requisition (PR) requests into the Adaptive Planning system. Data Entry for Candidate Applications: Input and maintain data in a tracker for candidate applications. Collaboration with Staffing Focals: Work closely with staffing focal points to review and evaluate resumes. Interview Support: Ensure that interviews are adequately supported by relevant managers.
