Job description

Roles and Responsibilities: - Resource Management: Manage and prioritize workshop resources according to current workload and upcoming job requirements. - Documentation Maintenance: Ensure workshop documentation is maintained in accordance with iQS, FSM, and other relevant databases. - Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stocks of consumable items and spare parts in conjunction with the Inventory/Asset Manager. - Equipment Readiness: Ensure rework, inspection, and repair work is carried out to have equipment readily available for stock and allocation to specific jobs. - Certification and Asset Management: Maintain and update certification and asset folders for rental tools. - Equipment Preparation: Supervise the preparation of rental, sales, and third-party equipment prior to mobilization to and from location. - Communication: Liaise with field personnel and third-party suppliers to ensure job requirements are communicated throughout the planning and preparation process. - Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, assistance, training, and mentoring to workshop technicians as required. - Quality and Service Standards: Maintain quality, cost, and service standards by supervis...
