The Role This role will be a true partner to the Joules team, recruiting for a variety of roles, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Facilities, Merchandising, Buying and Design. As a Recruitment Business Partner , you'll do more than just fill jobs. You'll work closely with different departments to truly get what they need, offering your expertise and creative solutions for every step of the hiring process. This is a full time role based onsite at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. You will also need to be happy to travel to our office in Enderby (Leicestershire) on a regular basis. Spending time with our teams and experiencing the heartbeat of our creative work.
