Overview Full-Time ABA Director (BCBA) In-Home Services | Columbus, GA HealthPro Heritage Pediatrics is seeking an experienced ABA Director (BCBA) to lead and oversee our in-home ABA services in the Columbus, GA area. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about pediatrics, clinical excellence, and strategic growth. In addition to overseeing clinical services, this role requires someone with a strong skill set in building professional networks and promoting awareness of our services to support the continued growth of this branch. You will collaborate closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a meaningful impact on the children and families we serve. Position Details: Full-time, W-2 employment Base salary: $100,000-$110,000 between base salary & monthly bonuses Director billable expectation: 10–15 hours per week This position is ideal for a BCBA leader with a strong clinical foundation , excellent relationship-building skills , and a desire to help expand and strengthen in-home ABA services within the local community.
