We are hiring for a Full-Time Deli Manager position with a wage range of $50,000 - $60,000 at our location in Manning, AB. Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts - Schedule Deli and Hospitality Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met - Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed - Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team - Train, develop, and motivate Deli and Hospitality Team Members - Resolve customer and Deli Department concerns and complaints, and pr...
