Consumer Services Finance Long Term Plan Lead Description -: Job Summary: Specifically, this role leads all finance and business partners across Consumer Services in Long-Term items, such as: Budget, LTP, Capital Optimizer, Quota, etc - This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.
