This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering our employee engagement and listening strategy, ensuring insight drives meaningful cultural and organisational impact. You will play a key role in evolving how we listen to and act on employee feedback, aligning engagement insights with business priorities and Talent & Culture initiatives.
