Hybrid Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, Clinical Homecare Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Clinical Manager on call rotation every 8-10 weeks and holidays on call, hybrid schedule POSITION ALTERNATES AFTER 90 DAYS OF TRAINING...Work 3days at home and 2 in office, then 2 at home and 3 in office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 yrs in an acute care setting and have Home Health experience.
