Job description

The Senior Operations Analyst provides direct support to the Acquisition Operations (AcqOps) Director within the Cargo Helicopters Project Management Office (PMO). This role is central to coordinating communications across the PMO, synchronizing efforts with external stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate brings extensive U.S. Army project office experience, strong tasker management expertise (ETMS2 or similar), and the ability to translate strategic direction into actionable operational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Serve as the initial PMO point of contact for all shared products, including briefings, reports, and other deliverables. - Manage and coordinate the staffing of taskers and deliverables across the organization to support PM, DPM, and AcqOps Director workloads. - Operate as an expert user of ETMS2 or similar tasking systems to issue, manage, and track U.S. Army and DoD taskers. - Coordinate with Cargo Helicopters teams to ensure timely analysis, completion, and submission of PM approved responses to RFIs and staffing requests. - Facilitate horizontal and vertical communication a...
