We are hiring a Hotel Lead Cook Great Opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. This position of hotel Cook means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise kitchen staff during prep and service - Ensure all dishes are prepared according to Overstory’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines - Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality across all plates - Coordinate ticket flow and manage timing to ensure smooth service - Train and mentor line cooks and prep cooks - Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste - Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards (in compliance with local health regulations) - Step in as needed on any station to support the team - Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and kitchen improvements Here are some reasons our associates like working for us: Benefits (Full Time Associates only) We offer competitive wages.
