This role defines the standards for UX, UI, and Service Design across all retail touchpoints. A critical component of this role is managing a Hybrid Partner Model, overseeing external design agencies and contractors to ensure that all outsourced work meets the internal "Definition of Great" and integrates seamlessly into the broader retail ecosystem.
