Role: Marketing Coordinator Location: New York, NY 10281 (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Temp-to-Perm) Pay Rate: $30/hr. – $32/hr. Key Responsibilities: Executive & Operational Support - Support the VP of Operations with presentations, communications, and day-to-day coordination activities. - Assist in preparing professional communication materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Provide administrative-style support with a strong focus on presentation development and communication management. Presentation & Communication Management: - Create, edit, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations and marketing communication materials. - Coordinate large-scale communications and ensure messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with business objectives. - Utilize Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools to support team communication and workflow management.
