POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: - Oversee the coordination and administration of new hire process from offer letter through first day orientation for multiple sites. - Draft and send offer letters, process background check and preemployment drug screening and manage new hire paperwork to include DOT safety sensitive documentation. - Manage new hires in various systems related to their onboarding steps. - Communicate effectively with new hires and hiring leaders throughout the onboarding process. - Work closely with new hires, providing support with onboarding steps as needed. - Manage, schedule, and set up for onboarding presentation. - Troubleshoot and navigate errors in onboarding process to avoid disruption in onboarding. - Work closely with internal departments to ensure onboarding steps are processed and raise concerns appropriately and timely. - Provide administrative and logistical support for the Recruit...
