Job Summary: The Air Permitting Coordinator position is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and interpreting the air permits necessary to operate electric power plants. This person will assist with the evaluation of potential new projects to manage risk and optimize company performance. This position includes project management, communication to drive awareness of relevant requirements and standards, support of plant operations, closing gaps, and overseeing internal and external relationships key to environmental air permitting. Job Description: Responsibilities: - Assist in review and development of proposed projects related to construction, operation, repairs, and renovations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including requirements to apply for and obtain timely preconstruction and operating permits. - Maintain existing preconstruction and operating air permits by tracking, renewing, and updating them as nece...
