Job description

We are looking for a Print Team Leader to coordinate the daily press activities while maintaining safety adherence, quality, and productivity to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Shift: 2nd shift, 3p-11p, Mon-Fri: Pay: $25.15 + .50 shift differential = $25.65 *Minimum of five years manufacturing experience with in-depth knowledge of Flexography and Flexible Packaging and leadership experience is required* Essential Duties and Tasks: - Collaborate with Plant Shift Supervisors to plant shift activities related to safety, crew scheduling, and performance to ensure production, quality, and performance standards are met. - Ensure department managers are updated and apprised of all matters affecting moral, staffing, productivity, quality, equipment failures, etc. - Communicate equipment malfunctions for corrective action. - Support and guide team members on troubleshooting production issues. - Approve production samples/tear sheets together with QC team and ensure quality is consistent throughout the run. - Maintain and ensure tooling inventory (bridge mandrels, anilox, sleeves) is available and in good working condition.
