Application Owner / Ops Engineer (Hybrid – Brussels) We are looking for a proactive Application Owner / Ops Engineer to join an Agile development team within a dynamic IT environment supporting critical business applications. The role combines application support, operational monitoring, incident management, testing, and technical development activities while acting as the main point of contact for assigned applications. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support business applications running in production Investigate, analyze, and help resolve production incidents and application issues Collaborate with developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions Test and validate fixes and newly developed software to ensure application stability Support release activities and deployment processes Contribute to the development and maintenance of business applications Write and execute SQL queries, perform analyses, and maintain technical documentation Follow up on incidents through identification, correction, testing, and communication with users and stakeholders Provide operational and technical expertise within ongoing projects Ensure c...
