The role involves managing and processing customer transactions via phone, online channels, and written correspondence. Team members respond to inquiries related to TE’s products and services, and investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. An important focus of this role is building and maintaining strong business relationships by consistently delivering a high‑quality customer experience in line with TE’s Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
