Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the gaming machines on the gaming floors at all locations. This position is responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace. All positions within 7 Clans require attention to quality guest services skills and exceptional team work. The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities of all slot tech team members. However, other duties will be assigned as deemed necessary by reporting department management and will be addressed per department job descriptions and Policies and Procedures. CASINO/ DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS: Greet guest and team members eagerly upon arrival to the casino/hotel, maintain a proactive guest service approach at all times.
