We are the membership members actually use. Everything we do is designed to deliver a premium member experience. The Membership Coordinator is the first real conversation most people have with Altea. You are the person who turns curiosity into commitment, who takes a prospect from their first inquiry through a tour, a conversation, and a decision to join. This role is about understanding what someone actually needs, connecting them to the right experience, and making sure the people already inside the club feel as valued as the day they joined.
