The Senior Business Development Manager drives revenue growth and competitive differentiation by identifying, securing, and optimizing strategic partnerships across Rush Street Interactive’s (RSI) gaming verticals. This role plays a key part in expanding RSI’s regulated online gaming footprint across multiple jurisdictions, supporting BetRivers, RushBet, SugarHouse and other RSI brands. The Senior Business Development Manager identifies, evaluates, negotiates, and manages commercial partnerships across RSI’s global vendor ecosystems. This position works closely with Legal, Operations, Product, FP&A, Accounting, BI and Compliance to ensure strong commercial outcomes, vendor performance, and regulatory alignment.
