Patient Financial Services Analyst - Senior

Job description

Under minimal supervision, collaborates with management, Patient Financial Services leadership, Faculty, third party providers and hospitals staff to maximize revenue cycle performance. Carries out in-depth analysis, providing insight, feedback and guidance on trends and issues identified, and provides the data and understanding necessary to support decision making, project prioritization, and improvements across the revenue cycle. EDUCATION: - Collaborates closely with leadership and other team members to develop communications and monthly/weekly/daily reporting packages in order to provide consistent and reliable support to internal and external customers. - Works independently to assess and understand areas of need; helps identify the most significant issues and opportunities for improvement within the revenue cycle. - Provides analytical support and subject matter expertise to all change management, projects and process improvement efforts across revenue cycle tasks. - When appropriate, provides on the ground guidance and support to departments and clinics. - When appropriate, works with Patient Financial Services and Managed Care staff to ensure payers and third party contract...
