Also responsible for the patient recall program. SECTION 2: Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities necessary to accomplish job functions) Interact with patients online or on phone to schedule them for appointments Maintains thorough understanding of clinic scheduling protocols Follow up with patient inquiries via phone or online Contact patients for recall programs and get patients scheduled for appointments Manage patient inquiries in ZocDoc, solution reach, and other applications to ensure timely response time Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.
