About the role We are seeking an experienced legal or commercial professional to join Water Corporation’s Operations Contracts team in a newly created Principal – Commercial & Contract Advisory role. This is a senior specialist position supporting some of the State’s most complex and high-value contractual arrangements, including desalination alliances, joint ventures, and long-term infrastructure agreements. In this role you will provide expert commercial and legal advisory capability across a diverse portfolio of complex contracts, helping shape decisions on risk, disputes, commercial strategy, and governance. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and as a key escalation point for complex contractual and commercial issues.
