ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Orientation and Training - Start each day with a training session, familiarizing themselves with the team, their duties and areas of expertise. Knowledge and Procedures – Intern will be teamed up with an area expert to experience the job duties in that area; examples may be assisting leadership in front of the house duties or culinary/kitchen duties Rotation Through Department – Interns will rotate through different areas, learning the specific responsibilities of the areas.
