Job DetailsJob Location: MLT Shop - Lynnwood, WA 98036Salary Range: $24.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Category: OtherThis is a night position from 6pm - to approximately 4am. The Sweeper Driver must complete scheduled routes and miscellaneous work orders as needed. Much of this position involves the maintenance of commercial properties’ exterior lots and facilities, changing trash liners, blowing debris from the perimeter of the parking lots, clearing moss, pressure washing, spill control, and Winter services. This individual must be punctual and dependable and can follow safety and company rules/regulations Pay Progression: Tier 1: $24.00 - New Hire Tier 2: $25.50 - $27.00 - One year to 3 years of experience with the company Tier 3: $26.00 - $28.00 - 3+ years of experience with the company Tier 4: $27.00 - $29.00 - 7+ years of experience with the company Qualifications Driving—The candidate Must have a clean driving record and a current, valid State Driver’s License. The candidate must also be able to obtain and retain a DOT Medical Card.
