Job description

Responsible for providing short-term psychotherapeutic services including individual, marital, family and group treatment. Provides individual and group counseling for patients. - .Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for patients seeking acute behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues. - Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments. - Along with patient, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns. - Manage case load comprised of moderate to high acuity patients. - Able to conduct multiple psycho-educational, therapeutic and skills groups and individual therapy services. - Collaborate with other mental health and educational professionals to coordinate care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation records. - Work within a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health. - Complete all mandatory AH trainings and c...
