JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION: LIVING WITH PURPOSE CAREER COACH: CLASSIFICATION CODE: EXEMPT FULL - TIME: DEPARTMENT: LIVING WITH PURPOSE: REPORTS TO: LIVING WITH PURPOSE PROGRAM MANAGER: STATEMENT OF JOB: Career Coach works closely with the other Career Coaches, Case Managers, Therapists and Program Manager in the Living With Purpose program to provide responsive, high-quality services and programs in the White Mountain Apache Tribe under the authority of Apache Behavioral Health Services. The Career Coach for the Living With Purpose program provides employment support services oversight, guidance, transportation. Career Coaches are responsible for assisting participants with navigating program services, needs-related resources connections and entry into employment in targeted sectors and other related services to support client independence and retention. The Career Coach works closely with the outreach, partner development and services delivery teams to identify and match participants with opportunities that result in milestone achievements for program and its participants.
