Team Overview TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner. This role will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of TikTok Shop’s Sorting Center in the U.S., from initial planning through go-live. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, automation, IT, operations, and local authorities to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of the facility. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a detailed project timeline for the fulfillment center build-out. Closely track key milestones (e.g., site handover, equipment installation, system integration) to ensure timely delivery. - Partner with automation/equipment teams, procurement & labor teams, and on-site operations to drive alignment, resolve resource conflicts, and ensure seamless execution. - Proactively identify potential risks across construction and system integration (e.g., permitting delays, supply chain constraints), and drive mitigation plans and decision-making. - Capture best practices and tr...
