Description Eviction Outsourcing manages evictions nationwide for Mortgage Service Companies, Banks, and Servicers. We do this through a proprietary web based system which monitors files on a state specific basis. JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process and provides assistance to ensure timely completion of the eviction file process according to state guidelines. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Monitors Local Counsels’ activity during the eviction process. · Provides assistance by obtaining information and/or documents necessary to ensure timely completion of the eviction file process. · Verifies that Local Counsel provides required weekly updates for all files through completion. · May coordinate with brokers to verify occupancy information. · Has regular contact with Clients, Local Counsel, Paralegals, and Real Estate Agents. · Provide weekly updates to clients via reporting · Lead client calls · Review and prepare client scorecard replies · Manage Local Counsel as needed to ensure best in class service · Return emails and phone calls.
