SUMMARY: This role provides Safety leadership and strategic direction by leading the plant’s continuous improvement efforts in Safety. As a key member of the Plant Management Team, this position partners closely with site leadership to strengthen and advance the Safety Management System. The focus is on building a proactive, sustainable, and people-centered safety culture that supports healthy, safe, and efficient operations while aligning with Tyson Foods’ values and expectations.This position plays a critical role in shaping behaviors, attitudes, and daily practices, acting as a change agent to accelerate best-practice sharing across the facility and drive long-term operational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS : Education : Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience : 3 plus years of progressive experience in environment safety and sustainability management preferred.
