Principal System Engineer - Laravel/PHP Developer Job Summary: This Principal System Engineer is a senior technical role responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering AI‑driven, data‑intensive, and cloud‑native platforms supporting AT&T’s Consumer Technology eXperience (CTX) digital and compliance ecosystems. This role requires deep, hands‑on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Engineering, combined with enterprise‑level system design, modernization, and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Roles & Responsibilities: AI / GenAI / Agentic AI Engineering - Design, build, and operate production‑grade AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions at enterprise scale. - Develop Agentic AI applications using Python‑based frameworks (e.g., ADK) or equivalent orchestration platforms. - Implement LLM‑based workflows including prompt orchestration, RAG, and autonomous agent patterns. - Work on with Data Science and ML teams to operationalize AI solutions with security, auditability, and observability. - Embed responsible AI practices including privacy, logging, monitoring, and governance controls.
