Job description

Key responsibilities: - Empty waste baskets and other refuse containers to dispose of trash and recycling materials. - Cleans, dusts, and wipe down all types of surfaces and furniture in cubical, offices and conference rooms - Service, clean, disinfect restroom and restock toilet paper, soap, paper dispensers and refill hand sanitizer stations. - Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. - Will also be asked to disinfect "high-touch" areas of the building and office spaces. - Vacuum carpet, spot clean, shampoo and extract on an assigned basis. - Re-waxes, and buffs floors using heavy duty electric scrubbers and polisher; vacuums and shampoos all carpeted areas with vacuum equipment on assigned basis. - Clean interior window seals, partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. - Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. - Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. - Record supply inventory as directed and inform management when cleaning supplies are low. - Notify the manager of supplies and eq...
