- Job Title : Facilities Maintenance Technician - Entity : Cooperstown All Star Village - Reports To : Director of Facilities - Pay Range : $20-$24/hr - Location : Oneonta, NY - Anticipated Start Date : Immediately Position Summary: Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, assist with keeping the campus in paramount condition by providing general maintenance and upkeep of the lodging facilities, bunkhouse facilities, general grounds and maintenance equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Facilities Manager with daily maintenance tasks around the complex. Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment. All other duties assigned to ensure success of the complex. Help maintain the facility grounds by mowing and cleaning up after guests. Qualifications: Ability to work multiple shifts when assigned. Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as a team. Must be able to perform general maintenance tasks on a daily basis. Must be able to operate machinery like RTV’s and forklifts safely.
