Job DetailsJob Location: Ford Heights Club - Ford Heights, IL 60411Position Type: Part TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Category: FacilitiesUnder the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Custodian is responsible for keeping the building in clean and orderly condition in accordance with safe, sanitary and good housekeeping guidelines. KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities): Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors, vacuums carpet, removes and disposes trash and litter, and cleans furniture. Cleans and sanitizes restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedure. Maintains and inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies. Replaces supplies for restrooms and throughout the facility as necessary. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and snack room according to food service sanitation standards. Makes minor maintenance repairs and/or notifies appropriate individuals of mechanical problems, malfunctions and of needed repairs. Responsible for grounds-keeping of the property as assigned.
