General Summary: This role provides day‑to‑day IT support by responding to and resolving employee technology requests related to computers, networks, and cloud‑based systems. The position supports users across offices, plants, satellite locations, and job sites while maintaining IT equipment, improving processes, and coordinating with Corporate IT to ensure reliable technology and efficient business operations.
